March is always challenging for me. Not as challenging as January and February, but still challenging This week, I was struggling with PMS, challenging people at work and the reality that although the weather is a little warmer, there are still windy and rainy days that chill my bones.

The Stickie Strategy

The Stickie Strategy gives you a chance to see a message every morning. Stick it on your bathroom mirror, your dashboard, the refrigerator, or anywhere you will see it throughout the day.

You can use multiple stickies if you really want to reinforce something. I use the S.S. when I notice a pattern of unhealthy thinking that isn’t working for me. Maybe I am obsessing over a problem or I can’t share the negative feelings brought on by a situation. I use it when I have a mantra I want to reinforce. This week, I combined a statement with a drawing to conceptualize the message.
