A beautiful way to change your energy
You don’t have to look far. Even if you live in a concrete jungle, there are natural spaces nearby – you just have to find them. Make sure you take time to step out of your office. Leave your home, put down your phone and escape in nature.
Sometimes I forget that I don’t have to drive an hour to a fancy park, but could just look locally for a short trail or a park bench.
As soon as I’m near trees, I feel an immediate release of stress. Sometimes I hug them for an extra boost.
Touching and surrounding yourself with natural things is extremely important
And doing it alone is better for me than doing it with friends.
Try this… Take a walk once a day even if just for 10 minutes and find a spot that’s natural and observe the trees. Look at the sky, smell the air and listen for the woodpeckers. You will be glad you did!
